Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use and Enrolment ('Terms') carefully before using www.csog.org ('the Website') for enrolling on either The Foundation Course in Graphology or the Advanced Diploma Course in Graphology. Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling on a Course.
Interpretation
For the purposes of these Terms the following definitions apply: 'we' and 'us' means the Cambridge School of Graphology who will provide the Services to you: 'Services' means (i) the provision of the Website Materials found on the Website and (ii) Course Materials in electronic format unless you have requested that the Course Materials be provided in paper; and (iii) the provision of tutorial support; 'Website Materials' means course outlines, handwriting samples, text, diagrams, explanatory notes and testimonials; 'Course Materials' means the course notes, course materials, teaching aids, progress checks, study materials and optional examinations required to complete the Foundation Course and 'Course Materials' means the course notes, course materials, teaching aids, lessons, lectures and compulsory examinations required to complete the Advanced Diploma Course; and 'Course Fee' means the fee payable for the provision of the Services.Purpose of the Website

We reserve, in our absolute discretion, the right to amend these Terms from time to time, without prior notice. When we make a change, we will update this page of the Website. If we do so, the updated version will be effective as soon as it is uploaded on this Website. The date of the last revision to these Terms is provided at the end of the Terms. We recommend that you visit this page each time you visit the Website to ensure that you are aware of and are complying with any changes that we have made to these Terms.Material submitted by you
By submitting any material to The Cambridge School of Graphology, you automatically grant the Cambridge School of Graphology the exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate or display such material (in whole or part) worldwide as long as it does not breach the terms laid out in our Privacy Statement. The receipt of the Services is personal to you and you may not transfer your rights to access the Course Materials or to receive the Services to another person unless we have consented in writing to you doing so.Provision of the Services
If you enrol, this will involve you completing the relevant application forms for the requisite Course which can be found on page of the Website. When you enrol on a Cambridge School of Graphology Course you will be issued with a student reference number which will be retained by you throughout your relationship with us. We will provide you with access to the Course Materials once you have enrolled. If the Course Materials are delivered in an offline format, the Materials will be despatched to you after your enrolment has been successfully processed. We will endeavour to get offline course material to you within 8 working days after your enrolment. Tutorial support will be provided throughout the duration of the Course, subject to the Foundation Course being completed within six months of the date of enrolment or subject to the Advanced Diploma Course being completed within five years of the date of enrolment.Your Right to Cancel the Course
Once you have enrolled for a Course, if you decide that you wish to cancel your enrolment, you may do so provided that: you notify The Cambridge School of Graphology that you wish to cancel your enrolment within 14 working days of the date of enrolment; and you have not accessed any of the Course Materials or obtained tutorial support.Quality of the services
We will use reasonable skill and care in the performance of the Services. We will provide the Services in accordance with the course description which is set out on the Website on page and in the prospectus which was made available to you prior to enrolment. We do not make any commitment that the Course Materials will be compatible with or operate with the software or hardware on your computer or, in relation to hard copies, that they do not become lost in the post.Payment by you of the Course Fee
You agree to pay the Course Fee to The Cambridge School of Graphology on enrolment or in instalments agreed by The Cambridge School of Graphology. The current Course Fee for both the Foundation Course and the Advanced Diploma Course at any given time will be displayed on the Website or notified to you by the Cambridge School of Graphology. In the unlikely event that due to a technical error, the amount of the Course Fee is incorrect, we will notify you as soon as we reasonably can. You will then be entitled to choose between receiving a refund of the monies that you have paid to us (in which case you will not be enrolled on the course) or to pay the balance of the Course Fee to us.Our Rights to Stop Providing the Services to You
With regard to the Foundation Course, we will make the Course Materials available to you upon Enrolment. Tutorial support will be provided until completion of the progress checks and final optional examination. With regard to the Advanced Diploma Course, we will make the Course Materials available until completion of the Advanced Diploma course. The course is expected to take 2 years from start to completion or until five years from your enrolment date, whichever is the sooner. After this time, your enrolment will be treated as having lapsed and you will need to enrol again if you wish to continue with the course. If you have not produced an assignment for your tutor to mark during a 6 month period, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Course Materials. If you wish to subscribe for the Services after your access to the Course Materials has been terminated, you will need to enrol again.Complaints
In the event that you are not satisfied with any aspect of the Services, please contact us in writing.Our Liability to You
We shall not be responsible to you in the event that we cannot provide the Services to you due to an event beyond our reasonable control, which includes (but is not limited to) events such as, fire, flood, storm, strikes or other industrial action, failure of telecommunications services, war, terrorism, riot, technical fault, viruses or the actions of any government or public body. In the event that we are prevented from providing the Services by such an event, we will take such steps as are reasonable to try to reinstate the provision of the Services to you as soon as is reasonably practicable.Your Right to Use the Course Materials and your Related Obligations
In consideration of receipt by us of the Course Fee, we grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license (i.e.not to be used by, or transferred to, any other third party) for you to use the Course Materials for the sole purpose of non-commercial home, work or the Cambridge School of Graphology use in connection with the receipt of the Services.General
Subject to the Terms of any written agreement we conclude with you if you enrol on a Cambridge School of Graphology Course, we reserve the right to withdraw all or part of the Website at any time.
